Welding Assessment
Atema will assess your welding program at all levels. Let us come into your shop to evaluate if your personnel are following Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and that their qualifications are maintained. Allow us to get involved at a higher level at the contract review stage to determine if managers and supervisors are meeting contract requirements.
Atema conducts two types of assessments to assist you in the development of your quality management system. Atema will provide your company with a review of the methods and functions in place. We will then compare it to your quality manual and procedures along with industry compliance codes and standards. The resulting report will identify any discrepancies in your system. Although the documentation may be compliant, you will discover if the methods are completely implemented and understood by all who have the responsibility to execute them.
